Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian National Programme for Community, Human, and Local Development (Mashroak) has financed about 7,460 small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Kafr El-Sheikh with EGP 864.64 million, the Governor Gamal Nour El-Din stated on Tuesday.
The funding, provided through the Ministry of Local Development’s Mashroak, has led to the creation of 17,220 jobs, Nour El-Din added in a statement on Tuesday.
The projects were financed by a group of banks, including the National Bank of Egypt (NBE), Banque Misr, Banque du Caire, Housing and Development Bank, Principal Bank for Development and Agricultural Credit, and ALEXBANK, he said.
