Riyadh — Mubasher: Marble Design Company recently announced that its board of directors suggested to change the official commercial name of the company to Marble Design instead of Marble Design Factory Company.
The board stated that the rebranding aligns with the company’s long-term strategy to enhance its market presence and capitalize on growth opportunities within the framework of Saudi Vision 2030, according to a bourse filing.
The transition is part of a broader effort to update Marble Design's corporate image to reflect its current expansion plans and investment objectives.
However, changing the corporate name remains subject to the approval of the company's Extraordinary General Assembly.
Marble Design confirmed that it will announce the date for the assembly meeting and further details regarding the approval process at a later time.
Furthermore, the proposal, which was finalized on 15 September 2026, aims to modernize the company's brand identity as it enters a new phase of development and investment.
