Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Manazel Real Estate posted a 5.6% rise year-on-year in its profits during the fourth quarter of 2016, according to a bourse statement.
Net profits reached AED 206.516 million ($56.2 million) in Q4-16, compared to AED 195.468 million in Q4-15.
Revenues grew 1.7% year-on-year to AED 748.6 million in 2016.
Total assets reached AED 4.691 billion in 2016, up 11.4% from AED 4.211 billion in 2016.
