Riyadh - Mubasher: Makkah Construction and Development Company achieved net profits valued at SAR 294 million in the first half (H1) of 2025, up 14.84% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 256 million.
The Saudi group posted revenues amounting to SAR 624 million as of 30 June 2025, an annual rise of 16.41% from SAR 536 million, according to the financial results.
The earnings per share (EPS) increased to SAR 1.47 in H1-25 from SAR 1.28 a year earlier.
Results for Q2-25
In the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, Makkah Construction’s net profits edged up by 0.69% YoY to SAR 144 million from SAR 143 million.
Revenues hit SAR 388 million in April-June 2025, higher by 10.85% YoY than SAR 350 million.
Quarterly, the Q2-25 profits declined by 4% from SAR 150 million in Q1-25, while the revenues hiked by 64.40% from SAR 236 million.
