Mubasher: MSM 30 index of the Muscat Securities Market went up 0.15% or 8.41 points to close at 5,736.51 points on Thursday.
The financial sector topped the market’s sectors as it added 0.33% on the gains of seven major stocks.
On the other side, the industrial sector declined by 0.18% on the losses of three major stocks.
The services sector also eased 0.1% on the declines of Oman investment and Sembcorp Salalah by 1.96% and 1.3% respectively.
The market witnessed 19.21 million shares changed hands worth OMR 4.08 million.
