Mubasher: The benchmark MSM 30 of the Muscat Securities Market closed Monday’s session rising 0.29% or 16.92 points to the level of 5,860.7 points.
Trading volume decreased to 9.16 million shares from 9.4 million shares exchanged on Sunday, while turnover increased to OMR 2.22 million from OMR 1.78 million.
The financial, services and industrial sectors grew collectively by 0.77%, 0.16% and 0.11% respectively.
Oman United Insurance topped gainers by adding 3.91%, while Renaissance Services was the only loser as it dropped by 0.35%.
Bank Muscat made the highest activity with a trading volume of 1.95 million shares exchanged at OMR 756,710.
