Mubasher: The benchmark MSM 30 of the Muscat Securities Market rose by the end of Tuesday’s session by 0.36% or 20.8 points to the level of 5,769.36 points.
Trading volume increased to 8.9 million shares from 7.48 million shares exchanged on Monday, turnover also rose to OMR 2.34 million from OMR 1.52 million.
The financial, services and industrial sectors grew by 0.36%, 0.21% and 0.09% respectively.
Ominvest topped risers by adding 1.82%, while Oman Fisheries led the red list after dropping by 1.64%.
Bank Sohar made the biggest trading volume activity with 1.36 million shares, whereas Bank Muscat made the registered the highest liquidity of OMR 298,800.
