Mubasher: The MSM 30 index of the Muscat Securities Market shrank at Tuesday’s close by 0.06% or 3.73 points to the level of 5,819.08 points.
Trading volume increased to 27.86 million shares from 20.15 million shares exchanged on Monday, while turnover declined to OMR 3.41 million from OMR 3.71 million.
The industrial and financial sectors grew 0.64% and 0.37% respectively, while the services sector declined 0.03%.
Oman Fisheries, up 9.32%, was the top gainer, while Sembcorp Salalah, down 0.82%, was the top loser.
Al Madina Investment led the trading activity with a trading volume of 9.08 million shares and a turnover of ORM 663,679.
