Mubasher: The MSM 30 index of the Muscat Securities Market closed Sunday’s session declining by 0.32% or 18.44 points to the level of 5,744.05 points.
Trading volume rose to 15.77 million shares from 12.71 million shares exchanged on Thursday, turnover also increased to OMR 2.88 million from OMR 2.44 million.
The industrial and financial sectors dropped 0.17% and 0.16% respectively, while the services sector rose 0.02%.
Oman Fisheries topped gainers by adding 10%, whereas Al Anwar Ceramic headed losers with a fall of 7.22%.
Oman and Emirates Investments made the biggest trading volume activity with 3.03 million shares, while Al Jazeera Steel made the highest turnover of OMR 741,630.
