Mubasher: The MSM 30 index of the Muscat Securities Market ended Wednesday’s session rising by 0.21% or 12.12 points to the level of 5,831.21 points.
Trading volume increased to 28.97 million shares from 27.86 million shares exchanged on Tuesday, turnover also rose to OMR 4.31 million from OMR 3.41 million.
The industrial, financial and services sectors grew collectively by 0.41%, 0.39% and 0.2% respectively.
Al Jazeera Services topped gainers after adding 5.79%, while United Power led decliners after falling 2.86%.
Bank Nizwa made the biggest trading volume activity with 7.3 million shares, while Al Jazeera Services made the highest turnover of OMR 690,486.
