Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Ministry of Labor and Social Development (MLSD) has awarded a SAR 42.25 million contract to Al Khaleej Training and Education to implement a unified call centre for the Citizen Account.
The deal is expected to be signed on 16 January 2019, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
Under the deal, Al Khaleej Training and Education will operate the call centre for the Citizen Account.
On Wednesday, 12 December, the firm inked a SAR 17.5 million agreement with the Ministry of Justice to provide it with the unified call services.
On Monday, 12 November, Al Khaleej Training and Education also signed a SAR 18 million deal with the MLSD to operate a unified communication call centre for the ministry.
By 11:53 am Saudi time, the stock rose 5.12% to SAR 13.52.
