Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) approved a payout of SAR 2.1 per share as a cash dividend for 2020.
MIS will disburse a total of SAR 42 million as cash dividends, representing 21% of the capital, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The company noted that the eligible shares for the dividend distributions total 25 million.
During 2020, MIS achieved net profits after Zakat and tax of SAR 90.376 million, up by 18.59% compared to SAR 75.979 million in 2019.
