Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) has received the first work order under its framework agreement with HUMAIN.
The order, received on 1 October, carries a total value exceeding 148% of the company’s total revenues for 2025.
The work order covers the scope of a previously announced 50 MW capacity project. This development follows the broader agreement signed with HUMAIN on 20 September 2026, which has a total potential value exceeding 689% of the company’s 2025 annual revenues.
The company confirmed that the financial impact of this specific work order began reflecting in its financial statements starting from the second quarter (Q2) of 2026.
Management noted that this order integrates a previous contract scope that was valued at over 155% of 2024 revenues into the new master agreement.
MIS expects to receive additional work orders related to further project expansions in the coming period. The company will disclose further material developments as they occur.
Both sides inked a definitive agreement on 19 September for the design and construction of specialized AI data centers.
