Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) announced the receipt of the second work order from HUMAIN, marking a significant development in a major framework agreement first disclosed on 20 September 2026.
The new work order is valued at more than 135% of the company's total revenues for 2025.
The work order follows an initial agreement with HUMAIN that carries a total potential value exceeding 689% of the company's 2025 revenues, inclusive of value-added tax.
Under the terms of the contract, the project will be executed in phases through sequential work orders.
The company confirmed that the execution period for this specific work order is 16 months.
The financial impact of the project is scheduled to appear in the company's financial statements starting from the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026.
MIS stated it will continue to announce further work orders and their respective financial impact periods as they are received.
