Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) has renewed and amended a Sharia-compliant credit facility agreement with Saudi British Bank (SABB) valued at SAR 216.25 million.
The loan term starts on 28 January 2021 and ends of 31 December 2021, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
MIS said it will use the loan, which is guaranteed by a promissory note in favour of SABB, in financing new projects and the supply chain.
