Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) announced signing a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Abunayyan Holding Group to establish a joint venture (JV) company to explore the feasibility of building and developing renewable energy-powered green data centres in Saudi Arabia.
The new JV will be equally held by MIS and Abunayyan Holding, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.
The MoU is part of MIS’ expansion and development strategy and its duration is 180 days, renewable.
