Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) announced that Edarat Company for Communication and Information Technology appointed FALCOM Financial Services as a financial advisor to start direct registration and listing on the parallel market.
This announcement has no material impact at the present time, MIS said in a bourse disclosure on Tuesday, adding that it will provide any relevant developments in a timely manner.
Edarat is a 50%-owned subsidiary of MIS.
On 11 October 2020, the board of Edarat began taking necessary procedures to list the firm on the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC).
