Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) announced that its 50%-owned subsidiary Edarat for Communications and Information Technology intends to trade on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
Edarat has submitted a request to the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) for the registration and direct listing on Nomu, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
MIS confirmed that there will not be any financial impact at the current time.
