Riyadh – Mubasher: Edarat Communication and Information Technology Company will begin listing and trading its shares on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday, 26 December.
Edarat Communication, a 50%-subsidiary of Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS), will list its shares under the symbol 9557, according to a bourse disclosure
Tadawul mentioned that the stock will be trading at daily and static price fluctuation limits of +/- 30% and +/- 10%, respectively.
Last November, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) passed the unit’s Nomu listing.
