Riyadh - Mubasher: Leen Alkhair Trading Company settled the final price for its offering on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) at SAR 65 per share.
The offering was oversubscribed by 116.21% during the subscription period which took place during 4-15 December 2022, according to a bourse disclosure.
Yaqeen Capital, the financial advisor and lead manager for the offering, pointed out that it will determine the date for listing Leen Alkhair’s shares on Nomu after fulfilling the required procedures with Tadawul.
The Saudi company intends to list 958,750 shares, representing 23.50% of its issued share capital.
Last September, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) greenlighted Leen Alkhair’s request to trade on the parallel market.
