Riyadh – Mubasher: Leen Alkhair Trading Company will start listing and trading its shares on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) at the beginning of the new year, Sunday, 1 January 2023.
Under the symbol 9555, the Saudi firm will list 958,750 shares, which are equivalent to 23.50% of its issued share capital, according to a bourse filing.
Tadawul pointed out that the stock will be trading at daily and static price fluctuation limits of +/- 30% and +/- 10%, respectively.
Earlier this month, Leen Alkhair set the final price for its offering at SAR 65 per share, after the Capital Market Authority (CMA) had greenlighted its Nomu listing in September.
