Riyadh – Mubasher: Leejam Sports Company’s (Fitness Time) board approved distributing cash dividends to the shareholders worth SAR 0.40 per share, representing 4.02% of the share’s nominal value, for the first quarter of 2019 during its meeting held on Sunday, 12 May.
The company will pay total dividends of SAR 21.05 million, Leejam said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.
Dividends will be distributed on Wednesday, 12 June.
The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders owning shares on maturity Sunday, 19 May, and registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day, the statement added.
