Doha – Mubasher: Qatar’s Widam Food said Thursday that a lawsuit was filed against the company by Abdulla Nasser Al Misnad, Chairman and Managing Director of Al Misnad Holding Company, due to the nullity of the acquisition of the company’s shares by some shareholders.
Earlier this month, the company’s extraordinary general meeting agreed to amend the company’s statute.
Widam’s share closed yesterday’s trading at the level of QAR 45.59.
