Riyadh – Mubasher: L'azurde Company for Jewelry has submitted a request to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) for a SAR 145 million capital increase via a rights issue.
The Tadawul-listed firm wants to increase its capital to SAR 575 million from SAR 430 million through issuing 14.5 million ordinary shares, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.
