Kuwait – Mubasher: The price of Kuwaiti oil barrel went up 13 cents reaching $46.87 on Tuesday compared with $46.74 per barrel on Monday, according to Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC).
In respect to global markets, oil prices went up on Tuesday on expectations that OPEC would limit production rate to create balance between offer and demand, despite expectations on a rise in US crude reserves.
Brent crude oil rose 16 cents upon settlement to reach $51.68, while West Texas crude went up 35 cents reaching $50.29 pb.
