Kuwait-Mubasher: The price index of Kuwait Stock Exchange advanced 0.03% or 1.5 points to settle at 5,752.64 points at 10 am Kuwait local time.
Meanwhile, the weighted index retreated 0.55% or 2.1 points to 387.58 points. The Kuwait-15 index dropped 0.82% or 7.7 points to reach 932.09 points.
Trading value amounted to KWD 3.1 million, as 39.02 million shares were traded through 876 deals.
Future Communications Global topped the winners by adding 7.14%, while Metal and Recycling headed the losers with an 18.8% fall.
Ithmaar Bank was the most active stock, as 8.2 million shares were traded through 161 transactions, with a value of KWD 390,000. The stock rose 2.13%.
Zain recorded the highest turnover as it generated KW 588,400, after 31 transactions were carried out with a trading volume of 1.5 million shares. The stock retreated 1.23%.
