Mubasher: Kuwait’s trade surplus with Japan rose 15% year-on-year in November 2017, Japan’s finance ministry monthly report said.
The surplus between the two nations recorded JPY 31.77 billion ($282.80 million) in November, compared to JPY 27.69 billion ($246.40 million) in the same period last year, the report added.
Month-on-month, the trade surplus declined to JPY 32.14 billion ($286 million), according to the data.
Kuwaiti exports to Japan grew 13.7% y-on-y in November to JPY 49.39 billion ($439.60 million), while the GCC state's imports from Japan jumped 11.9% to JPY 17.92 billion ($159.50 million).
