Knowledge Tower shareholders approve board election, auditor appointment

Riyadh — Mubasher: Knowledge Tower Trading Company recently announced the results of its Ordinary General Assembly meeting (OGM), where shareholders elected a new board of directors for a four-year term, according to a bourse filing.

The board session began on 30 September 2026 and will be ending on 29 September 2030.

The assembly approved the appointment of Crowe Solutions for Professional Consulting to audit the company's financial statements for the first (Q1), second, and third quarters of 2026, as well as the annual results ending on 31 March 2027 for a fee of SAR 200,000.

Additionally, the board was authorized to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for the fiscal year (FY) ending on 31 March 2027.

Shareholders ratified several related-party transactions involving CEO Majed Mohammed Al Ammar, including book sales contracts worth SAR 1.03 million and capital works under construction valued at SAR 549,524.

The assembly also approved board remuneration totaling SAR 22,916 for the FY ended on 31 March 2026.

Knowledge Tower noted that all items on the agenda received high approval ratings, ranging from 99.48% to 99.84%.
