Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources has granted 830 licences to firms having a combined total capital of SAR 21 billion and employing more than 36,750 workers since the beginning of the year until November.
The number of existing and under-construction industrial facilities grew by 9.6% annually to 9,630 plants. The total value of industrial investments amounted to SAR 1.1 trillion, a yearly rise of 4.5%, according to a statement on Wednesday.
Moreover, a total of 488 plants have commenced operations during 2020.
