Riyadh - Mubasher: Jarir Marketing Company (Jarir Bookstores) has appointed Mohammad bin Abdul Rahman Al Agil as its new Chairman of the board for the coming three years.
The company also named Abdul Karim bin Abdul Rahman Al Agil as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
Moreover, the board has chosen Abdullah bin Abdul Rahman Al Agil to be the company’s new Managing Director.
The three officials will assume their new roles from 9 March this year until 8 March 2025.
It is worth mentioning that in 2021, Jarir recorded net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 991.90 million, down 1.10% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 1 billion.
