Riyadh - Mubasher: Jadwa Investment Company has announced cash dividend distribution, equivalent to 2% of the unit's initial price, to Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund’s unitholders for the third quarter (Q3) of 2021.
The cash dividend distribution aggregates at a total value of SAR 31.6 million, representing 1.8 % of the net assets value, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
The cash distribution entitlement date has been set for 13 October 2021 for the unitholders.
