Riyadh – Mubasher: Seven private transactions were executed on Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund’s stock at a combined value of SAR 35.63 million on Monday on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) after 4.1 million units were traded.
All the deals were implemented at SAR 8.65 per unit, according to the Saudi bourse’s data.
The fund’s stock was traded between SAR 9.40 as the highest price, while the lowest price registered SAR 9.20.
Private transactions on the stock do not affect the price of the last transaction on the share, the high-and-low equity price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.
Private transactions affect the trading volume, value, and the number of transactions.
