Riyadh – Mubasher: Jabal Omar Development Company on Thursday, 3 August, announced receiving a positive response from Umm Al-Qura Development and Construction Company regarding its acquisition of the whole company or a controlling stake.
A non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) will be signed with Umm Al-Qura Development and Construction Company during the coming weeks, according to Jabal Omar Development Company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
