Iron and Steel for Mines, Kima end dispute over land plot in Aswan

Cairo - MubasherIron and Steel for Mines and Quarries announced a settlement deal, ending a dispute with the Egyptian Chemical Industries (Kima) over a land plot in Aswan.

The settlement agreement was signed between the Executive Managing Director of Iron and Steel for Mines and Quarries, Tarek Kamal Khalil, and the Managing Director of Kima, Mohamed Hassanein Radwan, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday. 

Under the deal, the ownership of a land plot over an area of 45,000 square metres (sqm) will be transferred to Iron and Steel for Mines and Quarries.
