Cairo - Mubasher: El-Garhy Group for Investment and Development has increased its stake in Arab Developers Holding to 4.63% from 1.03%, according to a bourse filing.
The group purchased 500 million shares in Arab Developers for a total amount of EGP 124.05 million at an average price of EGP 0.24 per share.
It is worth mentioning that Synergy Securities acted as the broker for this equity purchase transaction.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Arab Developers generated consolidated net profits after tax totaling EGP 159.28 million, which marked a year-on-year (YoY) drop from EGP 225.14 million.
