Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Investcorp Capital has acquired Guardian Fire Services, a leading provider of fire and life safety services operating in Northeastern, Southeastern and Western US.
This latest investment takes the total value of Investcorp Capital’s new investment activity over the past six months to $1.10 billion, according to a press release.
Being listed on the ADX, the company provides investors with a range of global investing opportunities across private markets. It has made and backed major investments across multiple business lines including real estate, infrastructure, and corporate investments.

Guardian offers comprehensive fire protection and life safety services to commercial, industrial, healthcare, and educational end markets.
These services include inspection, testing, maintenance, and installation of fire suppression systems, fire alarms, and emergency lighting systems.
In the first quarter (Q1) of fiscal year (FY) 2025/2026, Investcorp Capital generated a net profit worth $12 million.
