Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: International Holdings Company (IHC), listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), announced that it has acquired 60% of equity share capital of Munnangi Seafoods Private Limited.
IHC has also acquired a number of companies; namely, Zee Stores LLC, Cine Royal Cinema LLC, Palms Sports LLC, Trust International Group LLC, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
These transactions were implemented following a meeting between IHC and Royal Group on 18 September.
The value of the transactions has not been revealed.
