Infinity to invest EGP 300m in building 300 EV charging stations in Egypt

Cairo – Mubasher: The renewable energy solutions provider Infinity is looking to launch more than 300 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations by 2023 in Egypt with investments of EGP 300 million.

Infinity has a network of above 40 charging stations with over 150 charging points, according to a statement on Monday.

The company’s charging stations are equipped with chargers from EVBox, a European manufacturer of electric vehicle charging stations and charging management software.

Each charging station can charge at least two electric vehicles at the same time, while some stations allow concurrent charging of up to six vehicles.
