India pumps $3.2bn investments in Egypt

Cairo – Mubasher: Ahmed Samir, Egypt’s Minister of Trade and Industry, revealed that the volume of Indian investments in Egypt hit $3.20 billion over 52 projects.

The projects were implemented in the fields of food industries, chemicals, and tourism, according to Ahram Gate.

Samir pointed out that the Arab Republic outlined many policies to attract more foreign direct investments (FDI) in the real estate development sector.

The minister elaborated that these measures contributed to increasing the FDI in the real estate sector as well as infrastructure projects.

He affirmed Egypt’s commitment to boosting the business climate in the real estate sector by improving transparency, simplifying procedures, and providing key opportunities for growth and investment.
