Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Multiply Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of International Holdings Company (IHC), has completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in Spranza Commercial Investment - sole proprietorship.
Spranza Commercial Investment is specialised in commercial enterprises investment services, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
It is noteworthy to mention that in May 2021, Multiply acquired a minority stake in the US-based Firefly, a street-level digital media platform connecting audiences with dynamic media on taxis and rideshare vehicles.
