Cairo – Mubasher: The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) will start delivering the sold units in the third residential district in the New Administrative Capital in April 2020, NUCA’s deputy chairman Abdel Moteleb Emara revealed.
With a total number of 3,000 residential units, the first and two phases of the third residential district have been already launched, Emara said during the 4th Real Estate Debate Conference 2019, adding that the remaining units will be launched over several phases.
The third residential district comprises 25,000 units which were fully completed, he noted.
Spanning over 170,000 feddans, the New Administrative Capital is expected to host 6.5 million people, upon completion, including 500,000 residents in the first phase.
In addition, 40,000 to 50,000 state employees will be moved to the new capital, with plans to reach 100,000 over a period of three years.
