Riyadh — Mubasher: Horizon Educational Company’s board of directors has approved a cash dividend distribution of SAR 5 million for the second half (H2) of the fiscal year (FY) 2025/2026.
The payout is equivalent to SAR 2 per share for the 2.50 million eligible shares.
The distribution represents 20% of the share nominal value. According to the company disclosure, eligibility for the dividend is set for shareholders owning stock at the close of trading on 13 September 2026, who are registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
The company confirmed that the payment process will commence on 22 September via direct transfer to bank accounts linked to shareholder portfolios.
Horizon Educational noted that dividend payments to non-resident foreign investors will be subject to a 5% withholding tax in accordance with Article 68 of the Income Tax Law and Article 63 of its Implementing Regulations.
The distribution will be managed by Edaa as the payment agent.
The company recorded a 52.63% increase in annual net profit to SAR 15.18 million at the end of June 2026, compared to SAR 9.94 million in the previous year.
