Horizon Educational’s annual profits hike to SAR 15m

Riyadh — Mubasher: Horizon Educational Company announced a 52.63% increase in annual net profit to SAR 15.18 million for the fiscal year (FY) that ended on 30 June 2026, compared to SAR 9.94 million in the previous year.

The education provider attributed the bottom-line growth to a significant rise in student numbers and the successful inauguration of a new branch in the Dhahrat Laban district.

Annual revenues surged by 66.56% to SAR 67.90 million from SAR 40.77 million a year earlier. This topline performance bolstered gross profit, which rose by 60.38% to SAR 21.75 million.

Operating profit for the period witnessed a sharp increase of 72.06%, totaling SAR 15.81 million compared to SAR 9.19 million in the prior fiscal year.

Earnings per share for the year improved to SAR 6.07 from SAR 4.29. Total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, stood at SAR 85.21 million at the end of the period, representing a 14.98% increase from SAR 74.11 million.

The company’s external auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements with no reported qualifications or emphasis of matter.
