Riyadh – Mubasher: Hilton has appointed two senior Saudi nationals to its Saudi Arabia-based senior regional leadership team, according to a press release.
Fawaz Moumina was announced as the Country Manager and Senior Director of operations for Saudi Arabia. Moumina previously served as Senior Director of Human Resources (HR) for Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the Levant at Hilton.
The company also named Marwan Fadel as Regional Director of HR for Saudi Arabia and the Levant.
In his new role, Moumina will team up with Hilton’s general managers and ownership community in the Kingdom to enhance operations and performance across its portfolio of 16 hotels.
Meanwhile, Fadel will bring his 20-year experience of HR experience from regional and global industries, including Jotun, LogiPoint, and Wataniya Insurance.
Fadel holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Griffith University in Australia. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).
