Riyadh — Mubasher: Hamad Mohammed Bin Saedan Real Estate Company has completed a Sharia-compliant credit facility agreement with Alinma Bank totaling SAR 46.72 million.
The financing, which was finalized on 6 September 2026, carries a maturity period of 13 years.
The company stated that the primary objective of the facility is to finance working capital requirements to support its strategic investment goals.
The agreement is secured by a real estate mortgage in favor of the bank, alongside personal promissory notes provided by the Chairman, Hamad bin Saedan, and the CEO, Abdulaziz Hamad bin Saedan.
Additionally, the company has agreed to the assignment of rental income from an investment property as part of the collateral package.
While the final signing was completed on 6 September 2026, the company noted that initial facility documents were dated 18 August, with funding eligibility established as of 30 August.
The real estate firm confirmed there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
