Riyadh - Mubasher: Halwani Bros Company achieved SAR 15.41 million in net profits attributable to the shareholders during the first quarter (Q1) of 2026.
The Q1-26 net income to the owners was higher by 33.88% year-on-year (YoY) than SAR 11.51 million, according to the financial results.
Meanwhile, the earnings per share (EPS) increased to SAR 0.44 in the January-March 2026 period from SAR 0.33 in the same period a year earlier.
Revenues stood at SAR 245.47 million in Q1-26, which marked an annual growth of 3.24% from SAR 237.76 million.
On a quarterly basis, the Q1-26 net profits decreased by 1.53% when compared to SAR 15.65 million in Q4-25, while the revenues rose by 11.03% from SAR 221.08 million.
