Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: The Hail Chamber of Commerce announced signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Human Resources Development Fund’s “Nine-Tenths” program to strengthen cooperation in supporting entrepreneurs, freelancers, SMEs, and productive families in the Hail region.
As per the Chamber’s announcement on LinkedIn, the agreement aims to unify efforts, share expertise, and maximize the use of Nine-Tenths’ programs and services.
It is expected to enhance the entrepreneurship ecosystem, create new economic opportunities, and contribute to sustainable development in the region.
Musab Alrakhis, Hail Chamber Secretary-General, said the partnership will open new horizons for entrepreneurs by providing innovative programs and services that enable them to launch and grow projects using modern methods. He added that the initiative will positively impact the local economy and support Saudi Vision 2030 goals to strengthen the role of SMEs.
The Nine-Tenths Program is a national initiative designed to support entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises with a variety of innovative services. Launched by the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the program seeks to drive economic growth in Saudi Arabia through specialized tools and solutions tailored to the needs of SMEs.
