Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Hail Cement Company (HCC) recommended paying SAR 48.95 million in cash dividends to shareholders for 2020.
The proposed amount is equivalent to SAR 0.5 per share or 5% of the share’s nominal value, according to a bourse statement on Monday.
Eligibility of dividends will be to the shareholders on the maturity date, as per the registered shareholders in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the general assembly’s meeting date, which will be announced later on.
In 2020, Hail Cement’s net earnings surged by 81.99% on a yearly basis to stand at SAR 107.5 million.
