Riyadh – Mubasher: Hail Cement Company has appointed Abdul Malik Khaled Al Rajhi as the new Chairman of the board for a three-year term starting 30 November 2021.
During their meeting on 2 December, the board members also named Abdul Aziz Majed Abdullah Al Kasabi to be the new Vice Chairman for the same term, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
Both officials will assume their positions until 29 November 2024.
