Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia's Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) signed a memorandum of cooperation (MoC) with the Social Development Agency to empower the non-profit sector and increase its efficiency.
The MoC aims to attract national talents to the sector in an effort to improve the work environment and achieve the targeted localisation rates in tandem with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Monday.
The two parties formed a team to activate areas of cooperation and prepare periodic reports demonstrating the workflow and implementation stages.
